BACKGROUND
AWX conducts a business whereby it supplies labour to clients on a temporary basis.
AWX will inform you of available suitable assignments and the terms and conditions particular to each assignment from time to time.
You can accept as many hours as you would like to work each week subject to availability.
ELIGIBILITY
On successful completion of working a minimum 700 approved hours within 6 months of commencing work, the candidate has the opportunity to be reimbursed up to $1000 of the cost of their airfare. (i.e 700 hours within 6 months equates to an average of 27 hours per week). Candidates can work across any of our network agencies to accumulate their hours.
Employment is on a casual basis and as such AWX and our network agencies cannot guarantee any hours for a candidate. Failure to complete 700 hours within the 6 month period forfeits eligibility for the $1000 reimbursement.
Only candidates who have not previously been employed by AWX or our broader network of agencies are eligible for this incentive. Only candidates who registered their details through the AWX ‘Your Aussie Trip of a Lifetime Starts Now’ website page and registration form (www.awx.com.au/work-in-australia) are eligible for this incentive.
Employment period commences on the date the candidate commences their first shift on-site in Australia. Candidates must complete this first shift within 1 month of arriving in Australia.
Candidates who AWX or our network agencies deem unsuitable for work and therefore unable to complete the minimum 700 hours will be ineligible for the $1000 reimbursement.
CLAIMING
After completing 700 approved hours within 6 months, the candidate must contact AWX or the relevant network agency with documentation of their flight booking and receipt. Documentation must be within the eligible incentive dates, and in the candidate’s name. Claims can be submitted until 31st July 2023.
Once approved, the candidate will be paid the appropriate payment. Candidates will be reimbursed up to the value of $1,000 AUD towards a one-way flight or a return flight.
The use of rewards or travel points for travel bookings (such as Frequent Flyer) are not eligible.
Only one claim per candidate. This incentive cannot be claimed with any other promotional offer advertised by AWX.
VARIATION
Due to the nature of the incentive structure, it is subject to change pending both internal and external influences. This Incentive Scheme can be varied at any time at the discretion of Management.
