About the company:
Our client is Australia's largest game meat processing plant, exporting its products to Europe, America, Asia and the Pacific. They currently have an opening for an experienced administration assistant to join the team!


Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• General site administration including answering the phone, managing stationery, office consumables and mail
• Data entry and file management of site documents
• Managing the maintenance portal and work orders (MEX)
• Processing inbound trucks
• Purchasing and Invoicing
• Supplier creation and management


Experience:
• Previous experience in a reception/administration role
• Experience in supplier management and invoicing, using a procure to pay process
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• A self-starter who is able to work unsupervised and prioritises work accordingly
