The role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance and Contract Administrator to join our client’s team.
Reporting to the CFO, this role is crucial in managing contract administration, invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations. The successful candidate will also maintain strong client relationships and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
This temporary full-time, office-based role is Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with the potential for Permanent Placement After 3 Months. Free parking onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client contracts with variations and budget changes
- Process monthly contract invoicing, including CPI increases
- Monitor contract budgets and variations
- Upload invoices and supporting documents to client portals
- Reconcile recharges and ad hoc work orders
- Process credit adjustments as necessary
- Perform monthly invoicing reconciliations and reporting
- Liaise with managers and clients regarding financial matters
- Accounting or Business qualification is highly regarded
- Experience with contract management and big volume invoicing, including CPI calculations and rate adjustments preferred
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with client portals and document management
