About the Role
AWX are seeking highly motivated Labourers with experience in the Warehousing, Manufacturing, Landscaping, Civil and Building Construction industry for potential Short and Long Term work opportunities with multiple clients in Townsville and surrounding areas. You need to have the ability to commence immediately. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a current Drivers Licence with reliable transport
- Must hold a Construction Card
- Must be a resident of Townsville
- Physically fit and capable for manual duties
GENERIC REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, physical and D&A
- Ability to work long hours
- A quick learner who can think on their feet
- Reliable and flexible
- Ability to work away from home (depending on project)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and with others
