About our client
Partnered with AWX on a national scale, our client is a reputable organisation providing pooling and returnable packaging solutions for supply chain purposes. They are a leader is quality, innovation, and sustainability across Australia and internationally.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Supervise day to day operations of production staff.
• Report on attendance, daily production targets.
• Manage and supervise a team of 5 team leaders and 20 production workers.
• Ensure strict adherence to OH&S standards.
• Identify and resolve production challenges to maintain operational excellence.

What you'll need
• Prior experience in either a team leader role looking for advancement or a current supervisor - ideally within the logistics, transport, or service industries.
• Experience with team performance management and rostering.
• Excellent team building and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
• Data entry and Microsoft excel knowledge.
• Pre-employment medical involving functional assessment and drug/ alcohol screening.
• Current drivers' licence and reliable transport
• Forklift ticket an advantage.
