About The Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Civil labourers to join our client for Civil Guardrail Projects projects based out of Brisbane - Hemmant Depot .

What you Will Be Doing:

You will be experienced in Civil Road Construction. Within this role you will join the Guardrail Team based out of Hemmant.

Work will consist of :
• General Road Construction Labouring and installing of Guardrails
• Operating HR/Crane from time to time. (if licensed)

These roles will be working roughly 38 -45 hours a week on a 9-day fortnight or a 4 Night week. There will be potential to work some weekends and nights as required (overtime on a as needed basis), penalties and allowances paid where applicable.

Willingness to stay away from time to time. Generally only for periods of 1 week at a time. accommodation will be provided and pay daily meal and incident allowances whilst away.

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST be able to complete a pre-employment involving functional assessment + drug/ Alcohol screening.
• Civil Construction experience
• Crane Ticket Advantageous
• White Card
• Own transport
• HR Licence as a minimum is required
• Physically fit as installing guardrail can be physically demanding
• Ability to Identify hazards.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
