We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator / Administrator to join our growing fleet company supporting the energy, civil, mining & agriculture industries.
About the Role:
Location: Yeppoon/Rockhampton area (Remote work opportunities available)
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week)
Duties:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of our diverse vehicle fleet.
- Manage, book, schedule maintenance, and ensure vehicle compliance.
- Provide administration support to the team and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive local and regional team.
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, administration, or related fields.
- Good computer skills.
