Job Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assign production staff to various locations
- Enforce the company dress code
- Adhere to procedures, specifications, and policies
- Meet customer deadlines and specifications, and notify of any exceptions
- Verify that labels are accurate and up to date
- Conduct daily quality assurance checks
- Maintain cleanliness of the factory and office
- Perform some heavy lifting as required
About You:
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Clear communication of orders and instructions
- Experience in food processing and machine operation within the FMCG industry
- Initiative to seek out work with limited directions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP protocols
- Committed, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic
